Insurance – We Go the Extra Mile

As a courtesy, our office will file claims and deal with all insurance matters for you. We accept in and out-of-network dental plans. We will provide you with estimates for your treatment. However, your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. The benefits estimated are not guaranteed. We will do our best to find out the details of your coverage, but we cannot force your insurance company to pay. It's crucial to recognize that the most cost-effective insurance option does not necessarily align with the optimal care for your dental health and might not fully meet your dental needs.

Your Payment is Due at the Time of Treatment

Our office accepts several payment options for your convenience and is insurance-friendly. We accept cash, personal checks, debit cards, credit cards (VISA and MasterCard) and HSA Cards. We offer flexible financing options via CareCredit®. If you are covered under dental insurance, your patient portion (all co-insurance and deductibles) must be paid at the time of service. Before treatment, we will always review your financial options to ensure you receive affordable dental care!

If you have specific questions about the types of payment we accept, we encourage you to call our office to speak with a team member about your financial concerns.

Cancellation Policy

We understand sometimes circumstances arise that may prevent patients from keeping appointments. However, we ask that you give us a minimum of 48-hour notice if you need to make any type of appointment change. A broken appointment impacts 3 people, the patient who lost the valuable time, the patient that could have taken that slot and finally the doctor who was fully staffed and ready for the appointment. In some cases a fee of $50.00 per each hour of missed appointment time will be assessed when 48-hour notice is not given.
