With 24 years of experience in the dental field, Alicia is passionate about helping patients navigate their treatment plans and achieve their dental health goals—especially when it comes to making care financially accessible. She takes pride in creating a welcoming environment where patients feel informed and supported every step of the way.
Alicia has been married to her husband, Andy, for four years, and together they share their home with their beloved dog, Charlie. When she’s not in the office, she enjoys spending time outdoors, trying new recipes, and making memories with family and friends. She looks forward to welcoming you to the practice and ensuring your dental experience is smooth and stress-free!

I have been in the Dental field for over 32 years. I joined Bonney Lake Dental Center in February 2017 and I’m loving it. Our patients have been so friendly and welcoming and made me feel at home right from the beginning. I love to make sure every patient has a positive experience from the time they walk through our door and that everyone is at ease during their entire visit. I will help you with your scheduling needs as well as treatment estimates and anything else in between.
When not in the office, I love spending time with my husband, Troy. I also have a daughter, Sierra, a son, Houston, a daughter-in-law, Kelsey, and two AMAZING grandsons, Wyatt and Easton. I also enjoy cooking, baking and travelling.

I have been in the dental field for over 30 years. I started out as a dental assistant and then moved into office administration, which I have absolutely love. I joined Bonney Lake Dental Center in May of 2016 as Dr. Constantin’s Office Manager. I have really enjoyed welcoming all of you, our wonderful patients, to our dental family, our home-away-from-home place. When you are here, I will make you feel comfortable and help you in any way I can to make sure your dental experience in our office is above and beyond.
I am slowly transitioning into a part time Office Coordinator, making sure everything runs smoothly in the office and all projects big or small are completed. Outside the office, my husband and I enjoy traveling, love hanging out with our daughter Alexi or watching our son, Champ play basketball. During my free time I love to read and hike with my two Golden Retrievers.

I have been a dental hygienist at Bonney Lake Dental Center since 2017. I have thoroughly enjoyed building relationships over the years. I earned my degree in Dental Hygiene with honors from Lone Star College in Kingwood, Texas. To ensure my patients receive the best possible care, I dedicate many hours each year to continuing education, staying current on the latest dental hygiene advancements.
I was born and raised in Washington and live in the Lake Tapps area. I love working and living in this community. In my free time I enjoy outdoor activities including running, hiking, snowshoeing, paddle boarding, kayaking, and spending time on our pontoon boat. I also cherish time with my partner Brett and our three dogs: two Boston Terriers, Charlie and Thor, and a Cocker Spaniel named Emma.

I began my dental career 24 years ago as a dental assistant. After several years in the field, I decided to expand my knowledge and became a dental hygienist in 2013. I am very passionate about building confidence, trust, and strong relationships with my patients, and I love helping them understand the importance of good oral health.
Originally from Gig Harbor, I have called Bonney Lake home for over 15 years. When I’m not working, I’m a busy mother of two teenagers and two French bulldogs. My husband and I enjoy traveling and are looking forward to our upcoming adventures as empty nesters.

Hello, my name is Jill. I am the lead dental assistant at Bonney Lake Dental Center. My role is mainly assisting with patients' visits, and also making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes. I take care of ordering supplies, maintenance, and daily housekeeping. I like to think of myself as Dr Delia’s right hand woman.
I’ve been a dental assistant for about 16 years and I love the variety that this career gives me. I’m always learning and growing. Getting to know our patients and making them feel at ease is an absolute pleasure of mine.
My husband and I have been married for over 15 years and live in Bonney Lake with our two daughters (6 and 13 years old) and our two pups. We enjoy going swimming at the lake, going to the river, hiking, camping, farmers markets, picnics at the park, anything to get us out of the house!

Kelly brings 23 years of experience in the dental field and a passion for making patients feel happy and comfortable during their visits. As our newest dental assistant, she is excited to share her expertise and friendly personality with our team and patients alike. Her goal is to ensure every appointment is a positive experience, helping patients feel at ease from start to finish.
When she’s not in the office, Kelly loves spending time outdoors—camping, hiking, and making memories with her kids. And for a fun fact? She has a unique talent—she can wiggle her nose! Kelly looks forward to meeting you and making your visit as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

I am married and have three boys. As a family, we love playing board games and going on hikes to enjoy all the beauty the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
